WHAT IS A 504 PLAN?

A 504 Plan provides documentation helpful to the student throughout their education career and reminds a teacher about the need to alter the presentation of material, offer assessment accommodation, and adjust the way a student practices. It can also give other helpful information to your child’s teachers.
