CREATE A 504 PLAN & WHAT TO EXPECT
At Fremont Christian School (FCS), a 504 Plan will be created during scheduled meetings with the cooperation of the parent, student, Accommodations Counselor, and Head of School.
Each teacher will communicate with the parent of every student who has a 504 plan to inform the parent about how the child’s accommodations will work in a particular class.
*Note: This process may vary on the grade level
